ISO Female Cockatoos

I’m looking for approx 10 - 20 female Red Flash (maybe a couple Orange-Flash) Cockatoos (Apistogramma cacatuoides). I want to get males from a specific breeder and want to discourage their partners to be their sisters (I’m not sure how important this is or what risk there is, but it would make me feel better). The few people I’ve talk to only sell pairs due to a high percentage of males being born.

If anyone has available females and are capable of safe shipping, or can direct me to someone who does, please let me know.
