T. Candidi surprise

After not seeing the female t. candidi for a few days I got worried that something had happened to her. I just got two pairs of these about two weeks ago. On Saturday I added an almond leaf to the tank and when I lifted it to see if she was there hiding this is what I found.....

Awesome! I do nto think that this species is spawned all that often.

I saw this pair and their eggs this evening. Its a real accomplishment. I love visiting Bev and Dale. Bev needs to post three pictures One of each phenotype from her pair of gold angels

Thanks!! I was nervous getting these guys as I had heard they are difficult to keep and even more difficult to breed. I was beyond thrilled when I saw those eggs. The other pair is hanging out under the almond leaf in their tank so if I'm really lucky they will spawn also.

I'll have to get to snapping some more pics. The angels do look great....thanks to that great pair I got from Chris.
