The caudal patch doesn't look like that on A. sp. Pebas; more like that on A. sp. Papagei and A. sp. Roca Eterna. Of course it's always hard to ID a fish from only 1 photo.
Yes, the fish are A. atahualpa (or maybe very young A. huascar, which I doubt). The photos aren't good enough to sex the fish for certain. The first photo looks like a male to me; I don't know about the other fish.
