anyone keeping teleogramma ? i've always admired them but haven't pulled the trigger . due to aggression / limited tank space. any experiences to share?
has anybody seen oliver lucanus' new fish list . he's got some great fish. Diplos (75$ each!) paucisquamis, rupununi , brevis , inridae , sp. balzflek , CR. regani and notopthalmus ,and Taeniacara candidi. among others.

having a hard time with an id this fish acts as if guarding eggs/fry but the only male apisto in the tank is a pebas. i'm pretty certain this female is not a pebas. any thoughts?
anybody go to the Catfish Convention in Maryland this past weekend , would you believe i live ~ an hour away and completely FORGOT . I was so mad when i finally remembered . If anyone went how was it?

anybody know what color fertile apistogrammoides eggs are supposed to be . mine spawned in a film canister , all the eggs are white . i was under the impression they were red if fertile . also, i keep them with Poecilocharax weitzmani , should i expect to have problems with the tetras eating...
these fish were sent to me as A. pertensis they're still young but they look more like gephyra to me. can someone confirm or ID what they actually are?
these are two fish i recieved in the mail a few weeks past they were supposed to be 1 male 1 female i'm not positive but i believe it is two males. The larger of the two(1.5") i'm certain is male. the smaller(1") of the two at first i thought was a female but has not developed any black markings...
