What fish is this?

We have purchased 2 of these fish shown below, in the shop they were just named 'blue face', we were informed they were apisto's but dont know for sure. Just wondering if anyone can identify and has the latin name of this fish?

This is a hybrid apisto, look up A. steel blue for some pics.

Yep! This is A. sp. "Steel Blue", which is probably a hybrid and has been much discussed previously. You can find alot of info by running a forum search for steel blue.
