panacur vs Fluke Tabs for hydra

I posted this topic last week. I was planning to pick up what I needed today but I never wrote down the info that was posted here. I know one reply was from Aspen and another was from Fishgeek, I'm not sure of any others.

Could you guys repost your replies?

There is another thread about hydra where someone treated their tank using 1/4 dose of Fluke Tabs. I'm looking for what is least stressful to the apistos and their fry. It also needs to be safe for plants.

Hydra are sensitive to copper, so you can eradicate them with a copper-based disease medication. or a battery attached to copper wire
They tend to thrive in tanks with lots of excess bbs (ted had also posted this)

Temperature sensitive so increasing to above 40 c for 1/2- 1 hr or as high as 45c for 5 minutes
obvioously after you removed the fish
