Hi everyone,
My name's Ryan. I live in central Florida and I've been keeping fish since I was about five. I mostly work with South American cichlids now, but I do have the occasional Central American or African cichlid now and then. I concentrated largely on discus and angelfish for a long time. Some of you may know me from SimplyDiscus which I've co-admin'd with my friend Al (brewmaster) since 2002.
I finally bought my own home in 2009 and several large tank purchases followed. :tongue: I've been working with larger, more peaceful South Americans like severums, Geos, and acaras. I've also maintained a few tanks of discus and angels.
I'm slowly finding my way back to smaller cichlids. I've been working with a few types of rams (electric blues, golds, Bolivians) and I'm looking to get into some others as well. I think this is the last fish forum I haven't joined, so... hello!
