Below Water, oliver Ap. Elizebethae

Hi, I was wondering if any one has had experience with oliver @ Below Water.com Because I have tried to contact him multiple times with no response, I really wanted some Ap. Pertensis or Ap. Elizebethae, I you know any one in the US with those species for sale that would be great as well.

Last I knew he wasn't shipping into the States. That may have changed though. He is pretty tough to get hold of though. i drove up to his place once. That is the only time I was able to actually get fish from him. Crossing the border with fish is alot harder now than it was then though.

I believe Oliver is out of the country right now. The speaker chair for my local club hd contacted him about coming to a meeting for January and Oliver was unable to make it so he was schedualed for later in the year.

I spoke with Oliver at the ACA convention this past summer and he said it's become a huge PITA to ship into the US. The receiver needs to have an import license and go through customes, etc. The expense of doing all of that now makes it to expensive to bring in fish from Canada unless it's a large order.

Is he located in Brazil or Canada? and do you know anyone selling Ap. Elizebethae?

I haven't seen elizabetha recently but the last wild ones I could get were in the $50-60 range each with no promise of sexes.

Oliver is in Canada. He is doing less and less resale of fish.
