Hi, I was thinking about getting distlled, deonized, or R/O water. Will R/O water put my PH at neutral ? If not what can I add to bring it down to neutral. Also will these make the water soft?

I was going to buy distilled water and add back hardness ( but keep it really soft) then my water would turn out around neutral, which would be perfect for my borelli. I saw this sheap deionizer kit that attaches to tap. Would this be just fine instead of going to buy distilled water?
