What do you mean, the authors doesn't exist??? You just have to translate the names. Volquete (span. ) = Kipper (german)
And no, honestly the abstract seems not really to be plausible. Have a closer look. E.g. the list of misidentifications go back until 1947, but A.viejita was described in 1979. The new holotype (not possible, would be a neotype) is 18.2mm SL, gender unknown? But the most important is: a main rule of taxonomy is, that the oldest given name is valid. So it is impossible to give an already described species a new name. This would be automatically a synonyme.
