crenicichla regani + Cory + ancistrus

Hi,

Is it a good idea for me to
- 1 pair of crenicichla regani
- a group of cory
- 1 pair of ancistrus

in 30 galons tank ?

and if yes , which cory are you recommending ?

HMM, if you are going to have some corys, they better be BIG. I have 9 smal notophalmus, and they eat almost anything. INcluding smal corys. Nice fish

I keep crenichicla regani together with:

- Corydoras Semiaquiles (5)
- Brochis Splendens (6)
- L-183 (Pair)
- Aequidens Patricki
- Apistogramma Macmasteri
- Nannostomus Marginatus
- Nannostomus Trifasciata

I notice that my tetra's are getting eaten, but the rest seems ok. My crenichiclas are about 13cm, and I have 5 of them.

All of this in a 250litres tank, don't know how many gallons this is

i make an experience and put more than a dozen of young pelvicachromis sacrimontis on the tanks.
stay about an hour , and no attack.
but....3 days after i notice only 4 or 5 sacrimontis swiming around....
i presume the pike eat them time by time....
nice food when you have to go in vacation... i will remenber

All of this in a 250litres tank, don't know how many gallons this is
