Not sure if this has been done already but always keen on new guitarists - extra points for obscurity. I'll start - Buckethead - Scraps Live
OK that's pretty spooky considering I just learned this on guitar : Buckethead - Sketches of Spain:Jim Hall - "Concierto de Aranjuez"
Couldn't find any reference to 95 takes the cake but listened to some of his stuff reminds me of local "Bristol pub blues" and a guy in particular called Tommy Allen I think his band was called TraffickerBucket head is sick!! I still think he's the guitarist for primus if have to say anything trey anastasio ripped in 95 takes the cake.
Always good to convert some new buckethead fans awesome melodic shredder at times if you like that sort of thing check out stuff like worms for the garden and coats of Claude before plunging into his more jarring "outside" playingHi all,
"Buckethead - Sketches of Spain" enjoyed that, and it was via Miles Davies that I came to Jim Hall's version of "Concierto..." with Chet Baker on trumpet.
cheers Darrel
