One of our pairs of L. dorsigera has just led its big group of fry out for its first day of free swimming. This is the second successful spawn for the male and the first for the female (male was moved from another tank). This our third set of "Dorsigera grandkids". The parents were born in this tank a little over a year ago. The male in this photo successfully raised fry for the first time at the amazingly young age of 4 months early last year.
