Hi to everyone,
Have been cruising this site over time on occasion and decided what the heck I'll join in the fun!
I am a breeder/keeeper of Livebearers most of which are wild-type some being c.ar.e.s. fishes.
I do keep a few smaller cichlids I could'nt live without; 2 Maronii's (keyholes) and 3 Honduras Red points(See my avitar). I want to add in the future a few Laetacara's C. or A's and a few Servums.
I just like the more mellower fish types and have strived to get some of my Goodieds to co-exist!
I have been into fish since a kid in the 60's and have had to give it up a few times (moving) over the years. I'm now in a position to upkeep 7+ tanks, the largest beeing only a 30g. In the past have had Africans, and 3 types of Apistos, also including kribs, malawi's, Angles, and my favorite of all time has to be the Borellii!
I'm am an active member of a freshwater fish club here in Seattle called
Greater Seattle Aquarium Society.
We've been lucky enough to host some great guest speakers including Ted Judy and Mike Wise
plus others that I'd have to look up.
Hope to hear from others soon!
