Is there anything I can do to lower KH/alka

sorry guys as it's been the christmas holidays i havn't gotten to go see the ladie at the treatment center. I'm planing on going this wedsday to see if she has gotten it for me. When I'm talking KH it's the alka of my water I'm talking about. As for the others I don't have a clue as to what they r saying half the time. They talk in a launge thats above my head. LOL Sorry guys but it's ture I'm not the smartest nut on the tree and Half of what ya'll are saying is like BLA BLA BLA BLA water BLA BLA adding BLA BLA so forgive me if I only pick up on parts of it.
