Thanks... yes, the black ADA soil is good and can show the
colour of them better :) However, you know what, i will
never buy ADA black soil now as the quality is so poor that
it makes all the tank's water yellow and cloudy (ADA definitely has
changed either the production system or the materials in
producing the ADA soil)!! I now only buy ADA's red soil...

hmm... i have some special feeling on this kind of
aggie. when i first saw it in late 2003 or early 2004, i was nearly
shocked because it looked so special and red!! The specimen i saw
was from Germany and this fish was quite new at that time...
However, the price also scared me a bit and so i didn't buy it...
now, the price already dropped to a level which i felt fair...
so, i would keep on getting some more beautiful ones :)

Wow sweet pics blueblue!

I don't like domestic forms of Apistos, which deviate so strong from natural forms with the exeption of Flash Red Aggies and Super Red Hongsloi:cool:

P.S. They look much more beautiful on dark ADA Amazonia:

I can't imagine the size of your fish room. Must have been everyone's dream here to own that many tanks. Even more then some LFS...hehe
:) i am restructuring my fish room now and there might be some more breeding tanks :)

When i bought a pair of German bred Flash in Holland last November they were 25 Euros per pair (Approx 19 UK pounds per pair)....
Reasonable IMO...
Mark.

That's NOT expensive at all... here the price is Euro $68 a pair, and Euro $48
at discount for good quality ones.

LOL she is really beautiful! For the first time I thought she is more 'red' than the eggs/larvae!

Congratulations:biggrin:
