i am looking for Dicrosus filamentosus female (4 or 5) in canada.....
or other with possibility of shipement

This is a fish that is on the list of most wholesalers fairly often. They don't do particularly well in shipping or in LFS tanks, so store won't often order them unless someone shows interest. Try a couple of your LFS and tell them to keep an eye out on their wholesaler lists.
Even if you do find them, however, it is unlikely that you will be able to get females easily. They are impossible to sex at a young age and they don't come in as larges very often. So buy a bunch and grow them out. they are usually pretty cheap (from the wholesaler). The cost starts rising because of losses after that.
