Wildcaught M. ramirezi female:

Inhabitants:
12 Paracheirodon simulans
3 Poecilia wingei
2 Mikrogeophagus ramirezi

Filtration:
Aqua Pro 1

Lighting:
Dioder LED from the IKEA.

Because of the poor lighting, there aren't any plants used.

I've added some oak leaves, which the ramirezi really seem to appreciate

All the plants are fake, except the Echinodorus uruguayensis and Nymphoides ezannoi.
Current inhabits are:
2 Apistogramma agassizii
6 Copella arnoldi (2 males and 4 females, though it could be 3 males and 3 females)
20 Paracheirodon simulans
It's very hard to take some decent pictures, because the tank itself is quite dark, and above the plants I placed a small lamp.

Yes I have. Reason I didn't choose real ones, is because there isn't any space for them to grow.
Also fake ones are easier. They won't die )), and I can easily put them aside (in case I'm trying to catch a fish for example).
