hi i am keeping my macmasteri fry with 3 females and one male at the moment the females doing a great job of protecting them but i was just wondering if this is a good idea to keep them in a tank with other fish.

i have macmasteri in a tank full of plants and driftwood. the water has turned brown is that bad or good i have checked the water quality and it is all good i also just added peat into my water would this be the problem.

i havent got borrelli's but i have spawned my fish before but none of the eggs have ever hatched ive noticed they eat them alot i would reccommend putting the eggs in a hospitalisation tank and hatching them that way so then you have a better hatch rate
