Sick Mac Please Help!

My male macmasteri is very pale and always just lays around on its side. It never swims around at all. A while back the female used to bully him so I seperated them and he is still doing it. I checked his body and there is no visible sign of any abuse or ich or anything just a real pale body... Please help

appetite
faecal colour/consistency

palour and lethargy are non specific changes

check your water nitrate/nitrite levels
pH
and even if you check these and they read ok then a water change(or multiple) to remove anything that we havent measured - toxins etc , with good quality clean water of similar or appropriate hardness/temperature/pH

any sudden changes in a debilitated fish may make things worse
