Problem on A.agassizi eye..

This is my friends A.agassizi female. It has a formation on its eye. Anyone got a clue what it is?

i tend to net and try to gentley swab off material wth a moistended cotton bud, often moistened with a broad spectrum external treatment to make sure no further fungal or bacterial growth in the debrded area
