Images can be posted by linking to the images stored at an image-hosting site. We do not have the server space to allow everyone to attach image here directly. Once you have a URL for where the image is stored, click on teh image icon and paste the URL into the box that appears. The image will then appear in the thread.

Well, that answered my question before I asked it. Have to use a third party photo storage service.
