It doesn't look like A. agassizii Flamenco (a wild population from the Río Tigre) to me. It looks like an exceptional specimen of A. agassizii Flame Red/Fire Red - a domestic color strain of A. agassizii, probably produced by mixing A. cf. agassizii BBCE Santarém Red Back with other domestic strains of red agassizii.
Mike you are right pardon my mistake, he is (and I quote from PFK) a "Flame" apparently from the Czech Republic. He is however housed with two female wild blues from the Rio nanay river in Peru. Obviously they aren't as keen to be photographed.
