My local fish club did a group order on live black worms last Saturday. I've been feeding them once daily to my Apistogramma eunotus (Orangeschwanz) and Apistogramma schwarzkinn/black-chin pairs. Yesterday, both females had apparently spawned in upside down flower pots. Today, they are BRIGHT yellow and black, and chasing all the other fish away from their pots. I've had spawns from both of these species in the past, but not on the same day!
It's been almost 3 months since I've had an apisto spawn, so this is an exciting day in my fishroom. My cory cats also spawned. Live black worms seemed to do the trick for everyone.
