Cacatuoides eggs dropping

I got my pair of cockatoo cichlids to lay eggs in the roof of a pot! Woo hoo! This is the second time and they ate the first batch after a day. The eggs have all fallen off of the roof. Does this mean they are dead? The female is still blowing water over them and tries to re-attach them but they don't stick too well. Is this normal? Any help is appreciated.

They've probably hatched. The newborns still look basically like an egg with a thin tail for a few days until the eyes, mouth, and fins develop.
