Something must not be right. Can you expand you post: tank, size, decoration, water management practices, water values (pH, DH, µS), temperature, foods used and feeding regimine, age/size of fish (are you sure you have both sexes?).

PH is low 6 10 gallon tank water around 80-82 I noticed overnight now one of the females is in a clay pot and won't come out I see her keep spinning small pieces of gravel from the inside of the pot that outside of the pot there is only one other pair of guppies in the tank that is it there is two pieces of driftwood sub couple crypto plants and a lot of java moss

I guess I forgot 1 other factor: patience!:) Looks like you have a female with eggs. Only thing I'd change is to lower the temperature to 79°F, unless you want mostly males. Water temperature affect the sex ratio in apistos.

The temperature effect on sex happens a few weeks after hatching - not while they're eggs - so you haven't "missed the boat" yet. They should start coming out of the pot with Mom in the next couple days. Is she yellow? If her yellow color fades away, then the eggs or fry might be gone. If this is her first batch of eggs, don't be too disappointed if they dont make it. It often takes a few tries.
