Apistogramma from Manaus

In December, brought from Brazil - Manaus group of Apistogramma elizabethae, fish arrived small 1.5-2cm. When grown, some of them look different than elizabethae, some similar to Apistogramma cf. pertensis? Size 3-4 cm , please id .

Yes, most likely one of the poulations of A. cf. pertensis. Some show more distinct abdominal spot-rows than others. If still not fully mature, they might also be A. sp. Schwanzipfel or A. sp. Erdfresser. Neither has a round caudal on the male, however.
