can tidy make a announcements thread with sticky?

So we can find latest news and update instead report bug or stuff into the suggestion and comment thread..which doesn't make senses.

I know that we have the Forum Rules and Announcements...but where is the announcements?

Are you asking for a new forum specifically for announcements? We can do that. Once the upgrade is complete I am going to me reorganizing the forums a bit, and can add an announcements.

Basically ya. Cause if you try to look for any announcements ..you will want to look for a sticky name "Announcements".
