woke up to my sub male abacaxis tailslapping the female and was alerted and thought the male must have died. looked around and saw that he was there, alive, but he was skewerd by a peace lily root threaded through his mouth and out his gill??? I hope he will be ok, he had shock 4 days ago just. the roots are soft so it should be ok. i had to pull it out !
