There is no 'official' set of characteristics. It depends on the seller. For me a Double-red has red/black pattern on the caudal and soft part of the dorsal fins. Tripe-red: red/black pattern on caudal, soft dorsal and anal fins. Super(Quad)-red: red/black pattern on caudal, soft dorsal, anal and ventral fins.

Although the color isn't super intense, I'd label it a Triple Red. As for females, this is a problem since Super/Quad Reds have Double and Triple Reds, too., so you never know. Just pick the most intensely pigmented female and hope for the best (and that it truly is a female).

Because for yellow one would have to coin a new name. The lines bred and known as yellow lack the black in the fins. Mike went by which group of lines these seem to come from.
