I am from South Africa. Unfortunately there are not too many hobbyists/breeders actively keeping/breeding dwarf cichlids, although there are a few.
Please ask the person to contact me, as I am trying to organize a shipment of fish from Cameroon to South Africa at the moment. If all goes well I might be able to help him.
