is this juvenile cacatuoides shape ok?

This guy came in with some other fish I had delivererd. He is about an inch and a half long: I dont know age. I think his dorsal is great but im worried that his head is maybe a little pointy and his back a little high. I need an expert verdict

Since the photo shows the fish from a ventrolateral position, it's hard to determine its body shape. Try photographing it in a 'broadside' position.

It looks ok to me. I will say that it looks older than a 'juvenile' - maybe just smaller than average for its age. Nothing really wrong with this, unless you want it for a fish show.
