Hi everyone.

I have a pair of German Blue Rams in an two ft tank with a decent amount of plants. they are still pretty small but have spawned last night. during the night and this morning they where awesome parents guarding their eggs together but for the last few hours the female is not allowed anywhere near the nest.

I do not have any other tank to move her to atm as we are moving house soon so all the other setups have been broken down. I'm not to bothered by this spawn as it is their first spawn I just don't want the male to beat up the female! Anyway to stop this? Will removing the eggs stop this aggression as then he has nothing to protect?

Eggs removing can stimulate to more agression. What Mike suggests, place a tank divider such like a big foam mat of what so ever.
