I ordered my first two Apistogramma Borellii’s (yellow blues) from the wholesaler. I ordered a pair so I could breed but have been told by a third party that they are both males.
I understand they are both very bright but neither have the long tips on the anal fin nor dorsal and they seem to take it in turns showing their belly to each other and follow each other around.
I have noticed they have gotten brighter since acclimating to my tank.
They are about 3cm long currently and not aggressive in the slightest but unsure if that will change. Any help sexing them would be appreciated as if I need to take one back to my LFS sooner is better than later.
Thanks in advance
