Apistogramma piauiensis?

Is it an Apistogramma piauiensis? Or
what people called Apistogramma aff. Pebas (sp. Algordon I, II)?
Please advise and comment. Thanks.

A. piauiensis... i still need to spend more time studying apistos ~.~"

A. piauiensis will have dark even rows of spots on the tail.
