I personally avoid feeding blackworms. They are an aquatic worm that lives in septic conditions and could pass pathogens to fish eating them. If cultured in a clean environment they should be fine as a supplement to regular feedings. If you feel that you need to feed a worm, I would suggest a terrestrial worm like baby earthworm of some species, Grindal or whiteworms. Otherwise bbs supplemented with quality frozen or dry foods is good. Variety goe.s a long way.
