Hi. Thanks your explainations.Double red, triple red, super red, penta (why 5x) red... those are all just tradenames for almost identical domestic linebreeds. I have seen the exact same fish in the same store sold under different names (and slightly different prices.). Every breeder seems to either give them new names or sticks to the name he bought them under.
Hence they are a domestic "red" strain of A. cacatuoides. That's the best categorisation you will likely get. Just google Apistogramma cacatuoides and add "super red" and after that "penta red". You will get a lot of identical pictures in both searches.
