Nice looking photos and information as always Ted. BTW, you aren't the only one without Frontosa. In fact you won't even find one African Cichlid species in my tanks. Although I just went to my friends house and saw some awesome Pelvicachromis species. I might have to take a dive into those very...
Wow, that is nice. Maybe one day I'll talk myself into my Geophagus altifrons tatoo. Of course it would have to be life size and all (around 12"). So I take it you keep A. gibbiceps then? Thanks for sharing.

I know Uwe Romer is working with this species as he mentioned it at the ACA this year. I believe ApistoDave is working with the species thanks to him here in the states. I do not know of anyone else that has them. Anybody else?

I was able to keep this species in a 5 1/2 before moving them to a 10 (which overheated on me). They were quite at home even in the 5 1/2. Got them to spawn a few times. The parents were awesome with a black mask and a gold body. If I am able to pick some up at the ACA Convention, hopefully I'll...
I like it a lot. Where can I get some of those! Well I will have to hope the ACA is nice to me in 2 weeks. Hoping for a ton of Apistos there, we will see.

I'd be interested in the Nannacara taenia, how old are they? Have they spawned for you? I've got Apistogramma cacatuoides Yellow Gold Orange Flash and Apistogramma borellii Opal or could even buy them if need be. I will have other SA fish, just no dwarfs. Also will have live food cultures and...
To keep the topic going, I've got the following available:
Apistogramma cacatuoides Yellow Gold
Apistogramma borellii Opal
I also have some other SA fish like Geophagus and Angelfish. Visit the webpage for more information for pricing and sizes, thanks!

I'm trying to keep every species with a Genus somewhat related to Apistogramma, Geophagus. So far, I'm up to 10 species and counting. Should have tried a smaller Genus with smaller fish, too late now!

If you ever spawn the goby cichlids, I'd love to buy some fry off of you. Where did you find those btw? I haven't seen them available for a while.

My plans are already tied up at that particular time with the Shedd Aquarium Tour. I've never been there before so I feel a great need to go see it. I would otherwise attend the get together. Let me know how it turns out!

I agree with Ted that we hadn't posted a trading post due to Neil's business and I've personally tried getting people starting to want to trade in the lounge section. It is my opinion that since some species are limited in distribution, that having a trading area may help create a species...
I will also be there and am looking forward to Romer's talks. Not sure exactly how I am going to space my time out yet as I have some fish I'd like to sell as well. Between the talks, the shedd aquarium tour and the actual show, hopefully we can squeeze a get-together in there :~)

I will be visiting Eric's place while I am in town more then likely. Wonder what is new with his fishroom (house, warehouse, whatever you want to call it!). Should be fun!
