From my previous experience, cooler temp (below 26C) does produce more female. And I forgot where I read this, 26C is the ideal temp to get 50/50 sex ratio.
Hello Mike, I would like to read this articles. May I ask, does it said at what temp is the ideal to get 50/50 sex ratio?
Thank you Rolo! :)
Yes, I did wait for such a long time, but they were only 5-6cm big when I bought them, have to wait until they are mature.
I did add the smaller size cave into it before they breed. And they seem to love the smaller size cave more than those previous ones.
You know...
Finally, after 1yr and 2 months, my 46 finally spawned!
The babies are so lovely and cute! :):)

Yes, you are right, I have been trying to breed them for the past 2 years, I have so much problem in pairing them up. Lots of my other friend who started later than me have already sucessed. :frown:
Anyhow, finally, I have my reward too :)
Hi Michelle,
Yes, I am planning to post more pics as they develop. :)
As for now, I can't tell you any further, as my friends are guessing what kind of dwarf they are, I can't let them see the answer.
I didn't change system, I am still keeping my Canon.
But yes, I bought the Nikon for taking better pics of fish and also products of my company.
