I'm finding conflicting reports of how much of a pH swing freshwater fish should be able to withstand, or at least the rate of acclimation they can stand.
Say going from 7.5 to a different tank that's at 6.5, what would be a reasonable amount of time for drip acclimation to avoid any shock or...

She was just so small that I had trouble not scrambling everything when I tried to open her carefully
So I euthanized her and did the dissection. I found a bunch of yellow nodules, but I'm thinking those might have been eggs? I took pictures but they weren't fantastic.

So how likely is it that I need to euthanize the tankmates? What if the tankmates have come into contact with other fish?
