My 20g tank now has
2 X 18W Compact Fluorescent
2 x 15W T-8 Fluorescent
However, I am not happy with those two T-8 and thinking to replace them with power Compact Fluorescent.
But the question I have now is should I go with 1 X 36W and make the total Watt 72W (2 X 18 + 1 X 36), or I should...

The male seems doing OK today, I actually removed the other female.
I read some messages in the Forum, someone pointed out external parasite is not a big deal, isn't it? If so, I would rather keep the male in the tank with his family, since I want to see their behavior...

Those A. cacatuoides fry just start to free swim yesterday.. However, today I found the male A. cacatuoides has a skin wound, probably the male scratched himself against rocks while he tried to chase the other female, not the mother, in the tank, also, I found he sometimes scratches himself...

those A. Cacatuoides fry in my 10g tank just start to swim.. However, I got a question to ask: do I need to keep the light on all day, 24 hr?
I saw when the light off, fry just get panicked and swim all over the tank, and the female kind of hard to handle the situation, some fry still be left...

Eventually, I keep them in my 20g tank, they are doing pretty well, female just had her first spawn two days ago, however, ate all the eggs though... maybe they are still young...
