Yeah I hear ya it’s just that I have a Male double red and a friend of mine is getting rid of his fish and wants to give me a triple red female so not that I’m looking to breed and sell them kind of thing but just wondering if it could happen
So I tried a new dealer for the first time I ordered a pair of Apisto agasizzi fire reds and this is what they sent me, does anyone have any idea what type of Apisto this is

I am looking to put a pair of A. Agasizzi fire red in a 20g with some dither fish. I would think a species like Apistogramma would do better in an established tank, so I have a tidal 55 and a 35 with bio media from other established tanks and sponges from other established tanks used Fritz zyme...
Yeah that’s what I figured. They came as a pair, and I was pretty sure it was a female because at times it would have a slight hint of yellow, which is usually indicative of the female, but I wasn’t positive
