wanted to know what you all think is ailing my blue ram male.
his colored seems to have faded a little bit and his body looks kind of grey. also, his swimming is labored and he tends to sink to the bottom of the tank. when he swims it is with his head higher than his tail, as if...

i ended up having to house-sit this weekend so i haven't yet been able to set up the tank. i'll be setting it up for sure this week.

So I was away from my place for a few days and came back to find that my pair of GB Rams laid their first set of eggs! My first dwarf cichlid eggs ever! :D

that is a good question dave. i too would like to know the answer to that. he is very listless now, floating near the top in one corner, and his scales are coming loose. think maybe i've lost this one :cry:
