Hi, I'm new to this group. Thank you for having me.
I have an Apistogramma borellii that has a small spot of white eye fungus. It's been there about two weeks and hasn't changed in size. The fish seems none the worse for wear.

Can anyone advise as to what are my treatment options? I don't want to treat the tank as it's well planted and has several very healthy apistos and angelfish. I'm wondering if it can be physically removed.

Thanks!

The photo is not clear, but it's more likely a bacterial infection than a fungus. Put him in a separate 5 or 10 gal tank to treat. Without being able to identify the cause, treating it is a shot-in-the-dark, but Kanamycin, Naladixic acid, Metronidazole, or Nitrofurazone sometimes work. Keep him eating, and include some cooked veggies like peas or sweet potato.
