can anyone help i have bought a digital ph tester but it says to clean the end with distilled water but i dont have any is their any way around it

No, you must use distilled water to keep the probe properly calibrated. You don't need much distilled water, so buy a gallon at a grocery store (usually under $1). Since you will only need an ounce or two, it will last virtually forever.
