I´m still thinking of keyholes, but even if they look nice they are not having sooo interesting colours. I have been thinking of laetacara too... Maybe laetacara sp. "orangeflossen" or has it got a sceintific name now?
The camera is a Konica Minolta Dimage A1.
I also think its panduro. They male is not so pale as the on on the picture you link to and have more black/grey markings? But maybe thats just because of his mood and the fact that i have them in blackwater?
Do you have any suggestions on dwarfs...
I think the bad quality is only because of the bad photographer (me), they are visible most of the time and not very active.
But heres a pic of the L134:
The first fishes is added. A wildcaught pair of apistogramma baenschi and a L134.
Theres a funny thing with the female apisto. I have a black marking on one side but nothing on the other. Why?
Thanks Mike.
You have given me advice about this before and i haven´t forgot it, but i get a little confused when I read this: "German dwarf cichlid researcher Dr. Uwe Romer has found by studying apisto populations in the wild, that these little fish live in a fairly crowded environment...
I´ve changed my mind. I´m not going to add any mosses or ferns, only som echinodorus and i will keep the blackwater effect too.
But could anyone help me with the apistogramma number? I´m a bit confused about that...
How many apistos would you suggest in the tank?
I´ve changed the driftwood position a bit so there are more shelter in the left side. I will add a lot of ferns and mosses too.
Thanks for your answers and comments everyone!
Great that it will work with keyholes too!
I got some coconut shells, maybe I can hide them in the leaf litter...
Unfortunately I got no more driftwood and I can find any stones that matches these I already have in the tank.
So I think I´ll...
