Storing BBS / Artemia hatchlings

I have some 1 week old apisto fry and I need to have BBS every day of course. I did hatch BS eggs only twice untill today. With that I mean, I fed the babies with 0 to 4 days old BBS, but I learned that this is not the best way to feed the fry. So, how can I feed the fry with BBS in the best way?
I do not really want to hatch BS everyday. Can I refrigerate BBS (with their water) for them to maintain their nutritious value? If I refrigerate them, will they live several days as they do in room temperature?

You can store them at 4°C for a few days in their water and let a portion to get room temperature when needed. Rinse them in a net before pouring them in the tank
It is an option...

Like Karin, I also refrigerate Artemia immediately after hatching so they won't molt and lose nutritional value. I refrigerate them in a shallow glass dish and 30 ppt salinity, and they live for 3 or 4 days. That way I only need to start a new hatch twice a week.
