Hi all,

Avid fish, reptile, amphibian and invert keeper here.

I work with fish on a daily basis, being an Aquatics Supervisor. I'm very lucky on that front!

Reason I joined is, I'm really taking an interest in Apisto's. I have a 54l ready for pair, hopefully A.Bitaeniata. I'm looking at making it a Biotope, so as natural as possible. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Myself, and two work colleagues are all setting up tanks for Apisto's, and we are doing a competition who has the best tank, and was thinking of using you valuable members as the judges! Thoughts?!

Hi all,
Welcome Scott. Living in Scotland you may well have suitable tap water for Apistogramma.

Yes I am very lucky where I am. Straight from the tap is 6.0. So ideal yes.
