My Dicrossus filamentosus fry are now about 15mm long and nearly as big as their parents were when I bought them.
Mum and dad are now flirting and may be planning to spawn again. So I guess it's time to move the fry on to another tank. What's the best way to catch them? There are only 8 of them but the tank is full of decor.
Is it best to pull out all the decor and net them, or use a siphon, or a trap?
I've got a similar situation with my Moanda krib fry too.
I've not bred cichlids before so any advice from the experts is very welcome.
Cheers,
Paul
