I have no idea but it would surprise me if they are. The cichlid I normally see labeled as Starry Night are usually Paratilapia bleekeri and P. polleni. I wouldn't consider either a dwarf cichlid though. Ivanakara adoketa carries a much higher price tag then many dwarf cichlids and because of that I don't think to many places would drop the name or use just a common name.
